Value Line, Inc., (NASDAQ: VALU) announced today that its Board of
Directors declared on April 18, 2019 a quarterly cash dividend of
$0.20 per common share, payable on May 10, 2019, to stockholders of
record on April 29, 2019. The Company has 9,663,561 shares of
common stock outstanding as of April 18, 2019. The previous
quarterly cash dividend had been $0.19.
