As previously reported by ADT Inc. (

) on November 9, 2018, Prime Security Services Borrower, LLC (
Prime
Borrower
), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of ADT, is seeking to raise $425 million of incremental first lien term loans under its existing senior secured first lien credit facilities. Prime Borrower expects to have a meeting with
its lenders today, November 13, 2018, in connection with the incremental first lien term loans. In connection with this financing transaction, Prime Borrower is providing to potential lenders a presentation, which is attached to this report as
Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
