Well, now this is my top hobby until he is charged.

I'm a shareholder who gave the kid the benefit of the doubt until others like yourself pointed out all of the red flags supported with documentation with the receipts to back it up. Contacted Jake about some of the issues pointed out only to be immediately blocked and left with more questions than answers. What has and continues to be occuring here can not be ignored. Like you I was also willing to walk away, chalk it up as a loss that is until the little $#@& threatened myself and other shareholders with legal actions. Now I want answers, I want the truth for those of us who entrusted this kid and his "company" with our hard earned money.

The 3a10 is illegal. Jake has no legal exemption to issue himself free trading shares and sell them with no limits into the market. This is not a debate, this is a fact.

The defamation complaint he claims I am in control of hundreds of accounts, threatened his family, and that he does not know the ID of any of the accounts. Problem:

1) he doesn't show a single threat, you need to provide background facts to support your complaint
2) he doesn't show how any account is connected to said threats, why are porn bots on his list? Why are accounts that simply liked a post on the list? Why did he confess on X that many of the accounts have nothing to worry about. Whoops.
3) he has provided no background on what was said that was false and defamed him, the judge is the same judge as two of his 3a10 cases. Meaning if he wants to move the lawsuit forward, he has to provide those posts made stating it was illegal. The judge will then read those posts and look at the 3a10 law and the claims that they purposefully defrauded the courts, he would see that they did in fact defraud the courts, and ... you can see how that might end given he has an open fairness hearing on one of them.
4) he in fact knows the IDs of two of the accounts. He has DM'd them, texted, them, sent emails, calls, etc... and sent one a C&D letter. So he lied to the court and his idiot lawyer that send the C&D lied to the court including the same person in the John Doe claiming they didn't know who they were. Fraud.
5) this account is not in the subpoena

So IF someone has lied about the company and did in fact cause him harm, he has yet to show that as required to move the lawsuit forward. If he does, he has to admit to the court or open up to the court someone else showing he has been lying to the court for over a year now. He has to weight the value of unnecessarily tattling on himself vs caring what some loser on a board 5 people read posts. Because if I am outed, I am going scorched earth. Hundred + pages documenting the fraud perpetuated on the courts that ruin all his open lawsuits. I go to the Florida Bar to show his idiot lawyer was shown the law and decided to lie to the courts instead. I go and remind the Florida Bar of Jakey's little stunt regarding UPL and promise to not even refile... then did...
