today announced the results of voting at its 2018 Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders held on July 6,
2018 in Beijing (the
"AGM").
At the meeting, the Company's shareholders elected Charles Zhang, Dewen
Chen, Dave De Yang,
Xiao Chen, and Charles (Sheung Wai) Chan to serve on the Company's Board
of Directors until the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
In addition, the shareholders ratified the appointment of
PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP as the Company's independent
auditors for the fiscal year ending December
31, 2018.
