Release of employee restricted share units in SalMar ASA ("the Company").

1. Participants in the Company's RSU program have on November 16th 2017 settled a total number of 229 446 RSUs. Following the release, 229 446 shares will be transferred from the Company's holding of own shares. Subsequent to the transaction the Company holds 754 922 own shares.

2. Restricted share units released by primary insiders November 16th 2017:
- Geir Berg has received 1 908 shares in the Company
- Olav Andreas Ervik has received 5 090 shares in the Company
- Runar Sivertsen has received 1 874 shares in the Company
- Tom Aleksandersen has received 2 780 shares in the Company
- Tonette Bjørgård has received 3 360 shares in the Company
- Trond Tuvstein has received 5 273 shares in the Company
- Trond Williksen has received 1 348 shares in the Company
- Ulrik Steinvik has received 4 817 shares in the Company

3. Sale of shares
On November 16th 2017, the primary insiders mentioned below ordered for a portion of the received shares to be immediately sold by a third party in order to cover the tax liability.

The sales price subsequently obtained by the third party when selling the shares in the market is NOK 257.3209.
- Geir Berg has sold 897 shares in the Company
- Tom Aleksandersen has sold 1 307 shares in the Company
- Tonette Bjørgård has sold 1 580 shares in the Company
- Trond Tuvstein has sold 2 479 shares in the Company
- Trond Williksen has sold 634 shares in the Company
- Ulrik Steinvik has sold 2 264 shares in the Company

4. New holding
- After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Geir Berg holds 1 776 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 2 751 shares in the Company.
- After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Olav Andreas Ervik holds 5 054 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 11 451 shares in the Company.
- After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Runar Sivertsen holds 1 718 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 1 874 shares in the Company.
- After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Tom Aleksandersen holds 5 640 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 3 182 shares in the Company.
- After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Tonette Bjørgård holds 3 059 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 4 095 shares in the Company.
- After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Trond Tuvstein* holds 5 120 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 18 749 shares in the Company.
- After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Trond Williksen holds 4 046 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 3 714 shares in the Company.
- After completion of the abovementioned transactions, Ulrik Steinvik holds 4 428 RSUs in the Company. As of today the primary insider holds 11 658 shares in the Company.
