(XSWG) workshop series today in Longmont,
Colorado with additional dates scheduled in Washington D.C., Paris and Munich. Each of the two-day long workshops
will gather representatives from commercial and non-commercial
sectors to discuss the latest advancements in Xilinx® All
Programmable technology to address today's biggest security
concerns—such as cybersecurity and Internet of Things (IOT)
safety.

Highlights on the global agenda this
year include a walkthrough session on building a Zynq® UltraScale+™
MPSoC secure boot design and a Cybersecurity Concept Design
developed in collaboration with Avnet, Infineon Technologies,
Microsoft and Mocana. The Cybersecurity Concept Design offers
IEC62443-compliant security for the Industrial IoT Edge made
simple. The pre-integrated hardware and software solution
will reduce risk, cost, and time for large and small customers by
encapsulating critical Cybersecurity use cases including HW Root of
Trust Boot, Measured Boot, Remote Attestation, EST-based Cloud
Enrollment, Secure Communications, and Secure Update. Other
discussion topics will look at silicon-based anti-tamper (AT)
features, achieving runtime security via design isolation, supply
chain protections, and more.
