Verint® Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: VRNT) today announced that Group
Elite Communications—a leading professional services organization
dedicated to the installation, support, consulting and sales of
enterprise workforce optimization (WFO) and other solutions in the
Americas and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions—recently
and strategically replaced its relationship with another WFO vendor
to join the Verint partnership program and service the market with
excellence.
Verint enables Group Elite to strengthen its contact center
business with market-leading customer engagement solutions, and to
make these solutions widely available on a global basis. Since
first introducing the new partnership to the market this summer,
this alliance has already yielded customer success in multiple
regions and is gaining momentum. For example, two leading
U.S.-based healthcare providers, a Central and Latin American
(CALA) public safety organization, and a large EMEA-based
outsourcer have already displaced the other WFO vendor by
purchasing various hosted and on-premises Verint customer
engagement solutions—including workforce optimization and voice of
the customer analytics tools—through this collaboration.*
