Explanation of Responses:

(1)

On April 20, 2017, the reporting person became the sole officer and director of Shining Glory Investments Limited ("Shining Glory"), the entity that holds 29,846,000 shares of the Company's common stock as of that date. Thus, the reporting person has a beneficial ownership interest in the 29,846,000 common stock shares held by Shining Glory. On April 22, 2017, the reporting person sold 550,000 shares in the aggregate to 2 parties at a cost basis of $0.145 per share in a private transaction. Thus, the reporting person owns 29,296,000 shares of the Company's common stock.
