Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 19, 2024, Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of 2023 after the market closes on January 31, 2024 and that it has scheduled a conference call on February 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (CT) to discuss these results. The details regarding the conference call are included in the press release which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Landmark Bancorp, Inc. Announces Conference Call to Discuss Fourth Quarter 2023 Earnings

(Manhattan, KS, January 19, 2024) Landmark Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LARK) announced that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of 2023 after the market closes on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 10:00 am (CT). Investors may listen to the Company’s earnings call via telephone by dialing (833) 470-1428 and using access code 731415. Investors are encouraged to call the dial-in number at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the call.
