REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Jan. 13, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Legion Technologies, the provider of cloud-native, AI-powered workforce management solutions, today announced it will join Cinemark Holdings, Inc., one of the world's largest and most influential movie theatre companies, at NRF 2021, on Thursday, January 21, 2021, to discuss how Cinemark is transforming its labor scheduling with Legion's innovative workforce management platform.

Theaters today are extremely complex, with ever-changing operating hours and movie release schedules, as well as strictly regulated schedules that ensure employees, who are primarily minors, comply with local employment laws. In addition, the theater business has evolved beyond movies to include restaurants, bars, game rooms, and other new features that make scheduling even more complex. Join Marie Zablocki, vice president of Workforce Management for Cinemark, and Sanish Mondkar, CEO and founder of Legion, as they discuss how entertainment, hospitality, and food services businesses are rethinking their approach to labor scheduling.
