Ltd.(NASDAQ:ESLT) announced today, further to the announcement on
July 20 2009, that after receiving all the applicable approvals it
completed the acquisition of the assets of BVR Systems (1998) Ltd.
(OTCBB:BVRSF.OB) for a price of approximately $34 million. (Logo:
