                                 Result of AGM


The Company announces that at the annual general meeting held earlier today all
resolutions were duly passed.


Accordingly, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Amira Paz,
aged 41, as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.


Ms Paz is currently a Director of Geosim Limited and Idit NV.


In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Assaf Medina,
aged 39, as a non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.


Ms Paz and Mr Medina have confirmed that there is no further information
required to be disclosed under paragraph 17 of the AIM Rules.
