Share buy-back

Renewable Energy Generation Limited ("REG") (AIM: WIND), the UK renewable energy group, announces that in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 7 December 2012, it yesterday completed the buy-back of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 60p per share.

The Ordinary Shares purchased by the Company are to be held as treasury shares. Therefore, the Company's capital now consists of 103,301,014 Ordinary Shares of which 100,000 are held in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 103,201,014. The voting rights on all these shares are identical. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
