                 ACQUISITION OF 14000 & ONE SOLUTIONS LIMITED



White Young Green Plc ("WYG") the multi disciplinary engineering consultancy
and project managers is pleased to announce the acquisition of the entire
issued share capital of 14000 & One Solutions Limited ("14001").



14001, based in Manchester, provides services to its clients in the form of
advice, training and technical support relating to the introduction of
Environmental Management Systems in accordance with ISO 14001.  This subject
is becoming of increasing significance and these skills will enhance the
services available to WYG clients.



14001 commenced trading on 1st April, 1999 and in the period to 30th June,
2000, the audited accounts reflected a profit before tax of #22,000 on a
turnover of #199,000.  Net assets were #18,476.



The initial consideration is #142,108 satisfied by a cash payment of #30,000
and by the issue of 49,826 shares in WYG.  Further consideration based on a
10.5 times multiplier of average profits after tax over a two or three year
period will be paid, less the initial consideration already paid.  The period
is at the discretion of the vendors.



The directors of 14001, Matthias Gelber and Mark O'Reilly, become employees of
White Young Green Environmental Limited.



Application will be made to the United Kingdom Listing Authority ("UKLA") for
these shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to the London
Stock Exchange for the admission for trading on its market for listed
securities, and is anticipated that dealings will commence on  11th January
2001.
