                               ADDITIONAL LISTING



The Company announces today that under the terms of the Company executive share
option scheme, options over 19,500 ordinary shares of 10p each have been
exercised on 19 December 2007 by individuals who are neither Directors nor
persons discharging managerial responisbility.


Application has been made for 19,500 shares to be admitted to AIM. The shares
will, upon issue, rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company. Dealings are expected to commence on Monday 24 December 2007.


Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in Vitesse Media
Plc will be 24,505,577.
