Twenty plc (the "Company"), the investment company focusing on the marketing
services sector, was notified on 14 June 2007 that Ian Lancaster, the Company's
Chief Executive, had purchased 28,571 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital
of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 21p on 14 June 2007. Following this
transaction Ian Lancaster's beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased
from 4,199,100 Ordinary Shares to 4,227,671 Ordinary Shares representing 8.76%
of the issued share capital of the Company.
