Twenty plc (the "Company"), the investment company focusing on the marketing
services sector, was notified on 10 May 2007 that Martin Clarke, a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, had purchased 22,700 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 22p on 10 May 2007. Following this
transaction Martin Clarke's beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased
from 558,500 Ordinary Shares to 581,200 Ordinary Shares representing 1.20% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
