                    MAIDEN FINAL ORDINARY DIVIDEND PROPOSED

                   NOTICE OF AGM & POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORTS


This announcement replaces the announcement made on 1 May 2006, correcting the
Record Date to 18 May 2007.

Following the publication of the Group's Final Results, which highlighted
revenue growth of 18% and an increase of operating profit of 53% in Dataforce,
Twenty's principle subsidiary, the Board is pleased to announce a maiden
dividend of 0.2p per share was declared by the directors on 26 April 2007 and
will be payable on 1 June 2007 to shareholders on the register of members on 18
May 2007.


The dividend payment is subject to approval at the Group's Annual General
Meeting which is to be held at 10.00am on 24 May 2007 at the offices of
Dataforce Group Limited, 10 Pondwood Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6DF.


Copies of the Annual Report, which have been posted to shareholders, are also
available for download at www.twentyplc.com or through the Company's
communications agency, Bishopsgate Communications Ltd.
