                                   TWENTY PLC

PRE-CLOSE TRADING STATEMENT

The Board of Twenty plc ("Twenty" or "the Company"), an AIM listed investment
vehicle focused on the marketing services sector, is pleased to provide
shareholders with a trading update ahead of entering into its closed period.

KEY POINTS

*         PBT & turnover in line with forecasts;

*         Corporate realignment to create sector specialist approach;

*         New client wins include Capita, Mothercare and The Home Office;

* Contracts extended with AXA, AIG and CRUK; and

* New appointments to drive new sector focused divisions.

TRADING UPDATE

PBT and Turnover for the year ended 31 December 2006 is expected to be circa
#925,000 and #14,446,000 respectively.

During 2007 there is expected to be a reduction in annualised base revenue due
to a down turn in the level of activity of one of our larger clients, certain
contracts not being renewed and low margin accounts which have been resigned
which may impact the ability to grow revenues over 2006 levels. However the
Board believes that trading in 2007 will show an increase over 2006 with the
main benefits of the re-alignment of the business continuing through in 2008.
Dataforce is currently increasing the investment in it's commercial teams and is
increasing operational capacity to provide organic growth and believes this will
provide a strong platform for growth in 2007 and beyond.

The Group's Final Results Statement is expected to be released during March.

DATAFORCE REALIGNED

The Board has identified the need to take greater advantage of Dataforce's
breadth of offering, by clearly separating and branding out the sector
specialist divisions. The Board has therefore realigned the business into the
following seven divisions, comprising:

*         Dataforce Charity and Government;

*         Dataforce Financial;

*         Dataforce Retail;

*         Dataforce Automotive;

*         Dataforce Travel and Leisure;

*         Dataforce Knowledge; and

*         Dataforce Direct Communications.

The realignment moves Dataforce away from being a general marketing services
provider to an integrated marketing services specialist within its core
divisions. Twenty's acquisition strategy will now be focused on bulking out
these new divisions within Dataforce.

The Board has therefore made the following Dataforce appointments: John Schuster
to IT Director; Karen Mapstone to Head of Dataforce Charity & Government; Stuart
Ducker to Head of Dataforce Knowledge; and Wayne Hellewell to Head of Dataforce
Direct Communications. The Board is also pleased to announce that Andy Lee, the
Managing Director of Dataforce and a Director of Twenty, was appointed Chief
Operating Officer of Dataforce Group Limited in September 2006.

As part of the Company's commitment to its growth strategy, it will relocate its
head office to Milton Keynes in the second quarter of 2007. Furthermore,
Dataforce Group has increased warehouse capacity in Northampton through
re-opening a 40,000 square foot facility that was formerly sub-let.

NEW AND EXISTING CONTRACTS

The Board is pleased to announce that Dataforce has won new business with
CAPITA, Mothercare, Open University, Wolsey Plumb Centres, The Home Office and
Home Entertainments UK, AIG, AXA, and Cancer Research UK (CRUK).

In order to reflect this realignment Dataforce Holdings Limited has been
re-branded the Dataforce Group. The new website can be viewed at

Ian Lancaster, Group CEO of Twenty plc, commented: "Today's update follows a
highly active period for all involved. The re-branding creates a clearer
divisional split of the sectors Dataforce is looking to focus on and build in
the future."

"The overall 'buy and build' strategy remains at the forefront of the Board's
plans for Twenty, and I look forward to providing a full update in the March
Final Results Statement."
