Triple Point VCT plc 
The Board of Directors of Triple Point VCT plc, a venture capital trust company, 
announces its intention to pay a significant dividend in April 2009. 
In compliance with its stated investment objectives, Triple Point VCT recently 
initiated a process of portfolio realisations, the satisfactory progress of 
which has placed the board in a position to pay one or more special dividends in 
April. The precise value of the initial distribution from the Company's exit 
programme is to be determined but the Board expects to be able to meet its 
target of 70p per share. Further distributions are expected in the coming months
