Save Group PLC. (the "Company")

The Company has today received notification that, as a result of Prudential
Corporation plc's recent acquisition of the M&G group plc, the correct
interest of the Prudential Corporation group of companies (together with that
of the segregated funds which are managed for clients), is now 13,038,198
ordinary shares in the Company representing 13.32 per cent. of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
