                                ISSUE OF EQUITY

Strategic Thought Group Plc ("Strategic Thought") announces that options have
been exercised over 614,800 ordinary share of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an
average price of 7.4 pence per share.

Application has been made for the 614,800 new Ordinary Shares arising from the
exercise of these options to be admitted to AIM and for trading to commence at
8.00 a.m. on the 4th October 2005.

The total number of Strategic Thought Ordinary Shares in issue following the
exercise of options will be 25,604,400.
