housing, announces that Iain Logan, Chief
Financial Officer, has sold and repurchased into his self-invested
personal pension ("SIPP") ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following these transactions, Iain
Logan continues to have an interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.03% of the Company's issued share
capital.
