                                 Cancellation of Listing


Further to the announcement on 26 August 2005, the board of directors of
Broadcastle plc ("Broadcastle" or the "Company") announces that, following the
acquisition of the Company by Siemens AG, the cancellation of the listing of
Broadcastle shares on the Official List will take effect from 8 a.m. on 26
September 2005. From that date trading of Broadcastle shares on the London Stock
Exchange will cease.
