Siemens AG ("Siemens") has today posted the offer document for the recommended
offer by PricewaterhouseCoopers on behalf of Siemens for Broadcastle plc 
("Broadcastle"), which was announced on 26 July 2005 (the "Offer").  The first
closing date of the Offer is 19 August 2005.
