Court Meeting and General Meeting Adjourned

At the reconvened Court Meeting and reconvened General Meeting held today in connection with the proposed recommended all-share merger with Just Retirement Group plc, the Court Meeting and General Meeting were adjourned to a date on or around the date of the Just Retirement General Meeting (when convened) and which will be notified to Partnership Assurance shareholders in due course. The results of the poll on the adjournment resolution, including proxies received, are set out below.
