Issue of Equity 
 
The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 4 plc are pleased to announce a further 
allotment on 15 February 2010 of 243,475 Ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary 
Shares") at a price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 
12 November 2009. 
 
Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the 
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for 
listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on 
17 February 2010. 
The Offer is expected to remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2010 unless 
previously extended or fully subscribed earlier. 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 
1,277,082 Ordinary Shares
