Return of Capital

The Ottoman Fund Limited is pleased to announce a return of capital of approximately GBP 12.84 million, or 9.5277 pence per share, payable to shareholders of record as of 12 September 2014. The shares are expected to trade ex-entitlement on 10 September 2014 and the share registrar expects payment to be made on or about 26 September 2014. This return of capital primarily comprises the remaining proceeds from the sale of Riva land as announced on 15 May 2014.
