NatWest Group Says UK Government. Has Cut Holdings to 53.96%

NatWest Group PLC said Monday that the U.K. government has cut
its shareholding in the bank to 53.96% from 54.75%.
The U.K. bank had said on July 22 that U.K. Government
Investments Ltd. intends to sell up to 15% of the aggregate trading
volume of the company by Aug. 11, 2022.
UKGI holds the stake on behalf of the British government after
NatWest's state-backed bailout in 2008.
