DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS

Further to the Issue of Ordinary Shares announcement released earlier today, of
the 1,939,544 ordinary shares allotted under the 2007/08 Offer for Subscription,
32,330 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr A M Conn, a director of the Company
at a price of 95p per share.  As a result of this allotment, Mr Conn currently
has a beneficial interest in 190,399 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company
representing 0.39% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.

In addition, 29,725 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr E M P Denny, a director
of the Company at a price of 95p per share.  As a result of this allotment, Mr
Denny currently has a beneficial interest in 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each
in the Company representing 0.20% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.

In addition, 22,000 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr C G A Fletcher, a
director of the Company at a price of 95p per share.  As a result of this
allotment, Mr Fletcher currently has a beneficial interest in 62,504 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company representing 0.13% per cent of the enlarged
issued share capital.

In addition, 2,763 ordinary shares were allotted to Mr D P A Gravells, a
director of the Company at a price of 95p per share.  As a result of this
allotment, Mr Gravells currently has a beneficial interest in 2,763 ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company representing 0.01% per cent of the enlarged
issued share capital.
