Natasa is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ian Mann as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Since 2003, Mr Mann has been the President of Meridian Fund Mangers Ltd, a BVI registered fund manager with two alternative investment funds primarily investing in mining and oil and gas companies. Prior to that, Mr. Mann held senior management and partner positions with several Bermuda companies. He has been a Non-Executive director of two Canadian exchange listed mining companies, the first, for 10 years, a TSX listed gold mining company and the second, for 3 years, a CDNX capital pool company which merged with an oil and gas venture company and re-listed on the TSXVenture exchange. Mr Mann holds an Honours Business Administration degree from The University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and a NASD Series 7 license.

Mr Mann is interested in an aggregate of 150,595 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.51 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital. Of these shares, 65,000 are held directly in Mr Mann's name, 54,595 shares are held indirectly via Meridian Global Gold and Resources Fund Ltd and 31,000 shares are held indirectly via Meridian Global Energy and Resources Fund Ltd. Mr Mann is discretionary fund manager of both funds.

Mr Ian Hollis Mann, aged 54, is a director or partner or has been a director or partner of the following entities during the previous five years:

Franc Or Resources Ltd

L.G.R. Resources Inc.

There is no further information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9 (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Ian Hollis Mann.
