$.0005 doesn't even run up to an amount to be recognized.

No, not a legitimate business yet. Certainly not one that derives revenue. He has a lot of code, though.

So, if he was to hire someone, let alone three someones, they'd have to accept shares in lieu of cash. Who would do that?

Its likely just more of the illusion he creates in prep of a pump scheme. I don't see where he has a legitimate business as of yet.

How is he going to pay them, though? Nothing brings in cash. And as of last report, there's a negative cash balance of $23,882. I can't see where that could have improved much.

I have heard nothing, being that he lives in a low cost region, he is probably still living off his 2021 pump when his stock went to ~.03 per share. Just a guess

Does anyone know what Yglesias is doing to make money? Has he said who he's contacted? In negotiations with? Anything? It seems like all he does is sit around with any acolytes he can gather around him to tinker with one idea after another but never goes out and lines up potential customers. That explains why he hasn't reported revenue in years or has never established a viable company. He's like a magpie that's attracted to shiny things.

Very ineffective leadership with a lousy website. If they are completely certain in their business intentions, they should just terminate the r/s.

Hey, the scum of the world is going to take offense at being lumped alongside this guy..

But by the time they're able to sell after the R/S, the sp will most likely have dropped below an adjusted price of $.0001.

He should say a R/S would allow shareholders to finally sell, assuming there are buyers.

He says the R/S will enhance the sp and the ability for investors to buy shares? Nothing about having revenue to prove there's any value in what they have, which looks like is solely software. No clients.

Then, it suddenly shuts off. I don't really think anyone expects Frank to get the company SEC reporting. Or listed on the Nasdaq. But he expects loyal shareholders to stay tuned over the next two years to see it happen.

Nothing about when his loyal shareholders can expect to see revenue and where it's going to come from.
