Quarterly Activities Report for the period to 31 December 2010

The disposal of the Company's rights to acquire interests in the Pustenoye and Karienoye gold-bearing properties in Kazakhstan, together with the significant equity investment in Kryso Resources plc, was completed in the quarter.

Management is continuing to pursue other substantial mineral exploration/development investments and although a number of minor expenditures were incurred, no major project opportunities were identified.

The Company has in excess of US$50 million available for investment in appropriate mineral properties.
