Friday 19 November 2010 - NEOVIA Financial Plc (LSE: NEO), received notification on 18 November 2010 that as at 12 November 2010, Northumberland Investments Ltd had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares totalling 7,058,116 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.89% of the issued share capital and votes of the Company.

As at 18 November 2010, the Company had 119,920,953 ordinary shares in issue.
