on 5 May 2010 that as at close of business on 4 May 2010 Franklin Templeton 
Institutional LLC ("Franklin") had a beneficial interest in the Company's shares 
that resulted in Franklin holding a total of 13,510,580 ordinary shares 
representing approximately 11.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
