Director's Dealings

The Company has received notification that Richard Arbuthnot, Chief Executive,
purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at 66p per share on
31st August 2006. Mr. Arbuthnot's resultant interest in the Company comprises
75,714 shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.

The Company has also received notification that William Kelly, Finance Director,
purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at 66p per share on
31st August 2006. Mr. Kelly's resultant interest in the Company comprises 15,000
