Following the approval at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting
yesterday of all of the resolutions proposed, the Company is delighted to
announce that it has exercised the option granted to it by the shareholders of
KZN Media Limited ("KZN") and has now acquired a 55 per cent. stake in KZN.
Due to the size of KZN, this acquisition was classified as a "reverse
takeover" under the AIM Rules.
