Medi@Invest PLC ("the Company")

The Company announces the issue of 4,700,000 ordinary shares issued and
credited as fully paid in lieu of advisory fees arising from the Placing and
Open offer.

It is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares, which rank pari
passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, will
become effective and trading will commence on AIM on 2 December 1999.
