OVERBURY SECURES #33M CONTRACT WITH DELOITTE


Morgan Sindall's office fit out subsidiary, Overbury, has been awarded its
largest ever contract, a #33 million scheme fitting out two buildings in New
Street Square, London, EC4 for the business advisory firm Deloitte.


The phased 39-week programme which commences in June 2007 comprises the fit out
of 255,000 square feet of accommodation within close proximity of three of
Deloitte's other offices in the City.


Overbury has successfully completed projects totalling over #24 million for
Deloitte over the last five years ranging from a #750,000 fit out of Global
House in Crawley to a #5 million fit out at Spinningfields in Manchester.


Paul Smith, Chief Executive of Morgan Sindall plc, commented:

"Our intent is to extend our offering to include large fit out projects as well
as smaller ones and we're delighted to have secured this prestigious project
with Deloitte."
