Change of Name to Molecular Energies PLC

Molecular Energies (AIM: MEN), the international energy company, today announces that it has changed name from 'President Energy PLC' to 'Molecular Energies PLC'.

The change of name was executed by a resolution at the general meeting held on 29 September 2022 and has been registered at Companies House and accordingly the change is now effective. The Company's TIDM has been updated to 'MEN', with the ISIN 'GB00BMT80K89' remaining unchanged.

The Company's website address has also been updated to www.molecularenergiesplc.com .
