Appointment of Non Executive Director 
 
Luminar, the UK's leading late night entertainment group, today announces the 
appointment of John Leach to the Board, as Non Executive Director, with 
immediate effect 
 
John has wide experience of both the leisure sector and most recently the City 
where from 2003 to 2008 he was involved in various roles and latterly as Chief 
Executive of Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited (HFAM). Prior to this he was 
Chairman of Orbis Plc, Waterhall Group Plc and Brent Walker Group, where he was 
Chief Executive and Finance Director from 1994 to 1998 and Group Finance 
Director from 1991 to 1994.
