Further to the announcement on 23 February 2010 regarding the appointment of 
Simon Douglas as Chief Executive from 8 March 2010, Luminar confirms pursuant to 
Listing Rule 9.6.13, that Simon was a director of Zavvi Entertainment Group 
Limited and subsidiaries (details of which are set out below) and proceedings 
commenced on 24 December 2008 to place these companies into Liquidation. This 
was caused by its sole supplier of products, EUK being put into administration 
itself on 25 November 2008. The Company confirms that there is no further 
information about Simon requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
