Luminar Group Holdings plc (the "Company")


Additional Listing


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a listing on 485,954 warrants (the 'New Warrants') and for a
listing on 15 ordinary shares of 200p each for admission to the Official List,
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities.

The listing for 485,954 warrants is to relist warrants previously listed under
Luminar Limited and is in connection with the reorganisation of the Company by
way of a scheme of arrangement as announced on 19 October 2007.

The listing of 15 ordinary shares is in relation to a notice of exercise of
warrants received by the Company's registrars on 26 February 2008.

It is expected that both listings will be admitted on 7 March 2008.
