Directorate Changes





Luminar is pleased to announce the appointment of Debbie Hewitt as an
independent non-executive director with immediate effect.



During the past five years Ms Hewitt has been a director of De Vere Group Plc,
RAC PLC and Alumasc Group PLC.



Luminar PLC also announces that David Longbottom is to step down as independent
non-executive director on 13 April 2007. The Board would like to express its
gratitude for his contribution to the growth and development of the Company
during his tenure.



There are no other disclosures required under rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules
of the Financial Services Authority in connection with Debbie Hewitt's
appointment.
