Nicholas Mark Leslau, c/o Cavendish House, 18 Cavendish Square, London, W1G 0PG,
and Nigel William Wray, c/o Cavendish House, 18 Cavendish Square, London, W1G
0PG are each entitled to exercise more than a third of the voting power at
general meetings of Prestbury Investment Holdings Limited ("Prestbury").
Accordingly, pursuant to ss.203 and 207 of the Act, Messrs. Leslau and Wray are
both deemed to be interested in all of the shares in the Company in which
Prestbury is itself interested. Therefore, Mr. Leslau and Mr. Wray each have a
notifiable interest in respect of 4,344,734 shares in the Company;
West Coast Capital Prestven Limited ("West Coast") is a wholly owned subsidiary
of TBH Investments Limited ("TBH") c/o McGrigors, 5 Old Bailey, London, EC4M
7BA. Accordingly, pursuant to ss.203 and 207 of the Act, TBH is deemed to be
interested in all of the shares in the Company in which West Coast is itself
interested. Therefore, TBH has a notifiable interest in respect of 4,344,734
shares in the Company; and
Investec Trust (Guernsey) Limited of PO Box 290, Investec House, La Plaiderie,
St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3RP, as trustees of the Tchenguiz Family Trust
(the "Trustees") are entitled to the interest of Finistere Limited ("Finistere")
in the shares in the Company. Accordingly, pursuant to s.208(3) of the Act, the
Trustees are taken to be interested in all of the shares in the Company in which
Finistere is interested. Therefore, the Trustees have a notifiable interest in
respect of 4,344,734 shares in the Company.
