financial services firm, announces that it has been informed by Mr Philip
Richards that he holds 3,615,000 shares in the Company. The total number of
ordinary shares of the Company in issue with voting rights (excluding those in
Treasury) is 46,952,852; thus Mr Richard's holding represents 7.70%.
