                             Director Shareholding

Libertas Capital Group plc ("Libertas Capital"), (AIM: LBR), the international
financial services firm, was notified today that Henry Okereke, Group Chief
Executive and Director increased his holding of ordinary shares of nominal value
of 1p each ("ordinary shares") by the purchase of 1,060,000 shares at an average
price of 30p.

As a result Mr Okereke's holding is now 9,608,298 ordinary shares, representing
22.37% of total voting rights.
