HEADLINE: Disposal of Property 
 
The Directors of Invesco Property Income Trust are pleased to announce the 
simultaneous exchange and completion on 11 March 2011 of the sale of the Afton 
Centre, Bracknell, for GBP8.20 million. The sale price represents a modest uplift 
over the valuation as at 31 December 2010 of GBP8.06 million. 
 
The net proceeds of sale will be used to repay bank borrowings. 
 
Commenting on this disposal, Richard Barnes, Chairman of the Company, said: 
 
"We are very pleased to have secured another disposal at a price in excess of 
the most recent valuation. The sale of this property at a premium will allow 
the Company to continue the reduction in its borrowing levels. "
