The Company received notification on 19 April 2006 that, following admission to
trading on AIM of 3,750,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("
Ordinary Shares") on 25 April 2006, ZA Capital now holds 1,930,000 Ordinary
Shares. This holding represents approximately 3.29 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital of 58,750,000 Ordinary Shares.
