Issue of New Ordinary Shares

The Company announces that it has today applied for 31,002 new ordinary shares
to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares were issued under the terms of
the Company's employee share purchase scheme.

Dealings are expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.30a.m. on 30
December, 1998.
